From a young age, Monica Rose dreamed of becoming a visual artist, driven by a deep passion for fine arts. In 2013, when the chance to undertake a floristry traineeship at one of Sydney’s leading flower companies came her way, she embraced it wholeheartedly—and instantly fell in love with the craft. Floristry quickly became a powerful creative outlet, allowing her to blend her artistic talents with the natural beauty of flowers.

“We started as a home studio-based business, where my floristry workroom shares space with my paintings and other artworks. Our journey began with an intimate wedding right after I completed my floristry course. I was given a budget to design the flowers, and everyone loved the results. Since then, my work has grown entirely through word of mouth—one client recommending me to the next. I believe my creations truly speak for themselves.

Flowers are a luxury many don’t experience every day. My goal is to provide my clients with the very best—whether it’s for weddings or everyday special moments. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge of art and creativity with everyone I work with, whether through freelance projects or my home studio. I am 100% dedicated to sharing my talent and encouraging others to grow and make their own unique mark in the art industry.”

​Beyond her studio, Monica is deeply committed to her local Liverpool community. She collaborates with local businesses and hosts floral workshops, using these opportunities to inspire others and give back to the community.
